Therapeutic Bodywork We are all inclined to over-use, abuse or misuse our bodies at times resulting in changes to the soft tissue, muscles and bones. A variety of bodywork therapies are available, including therapeutic massage, soft tissue release, neuro-muscular therapy, positional release therapy and/or cranio-sacral techniques. These enable the body to release structural stresses and the causes of discomfort. Aromatherapeutic oils may also be used to complement treatment. Relaxation massage is also available.
